Lee Law Offices Firm Bio

At Lee Law Offices, P.A., we have just one focus: to fight for the maximum compensation available for clients who have been injured in a car accident, on the job or in other personal injury situations.

We represent injured Carolinians. That is our sole focus. We do not work for big corporations or insurance companies, just you.

Together, Michael R. Lee and his associates at Lee Law Offices bring decades of experience to the table so they can fully represent accident victims in North and South Carolina.

We do not split our attention, time, and specialties between personal injury law and other types of law (like criminal or divorce law). Our only job is to maximize the compensation available for clients who have been injured on the job, in a car accident, or in one of many other possible situations.

Our Method

Our attorneys have had extensive experience working with personal injury cases just like yours. However, we also understand that every situation is unique, so we handle each case individually.

We start by discovering the facts and circumstances surrounding your case. This will serve as the foundation on which we build a special team of personal injury lawyers, investigators, medical and legal professionals, and the staff members that are best suited to seek the compensation you deserve.

Next, we will work with your doctors or medical team to determine the extent of your injuries. We will also look at the law enforcement records related to the accident and interview key witnesses.

We don’t rely on second-hand information, and that means we may conduct our own thorough investigation into the accident, so we can put together the best settlement package to present to the insurance companies. Lee Law Offices, P.A. promotes the quick and fair settlement of claims and works to ensure you are fully compensated.

We will normally only recommend filing suit after all settlement possibilities have been explored and you agree that a lawsuit is necessary to receive just compensation for your injuries. This way we can minimize any speedbumps on your road to recovery.

We’re on Your Side

“The adjusters are not working for you, they are working for the insurance companies,” Founding Attorney Michael R. Lee says. “The insurance company is going to try to do as little as possible unless you have an attorney.”

At Lee Law Offices, P.A., we never charge a legal fee to talk to us and there is no fee at all unless your case is won. You will never be asked to pay anything upfront because we work for you, not for the insurance companies.

“The law says people are entitled to full compensation for their injuries,” Attorney Kenneth E. Lee says. “I know everyone has a tough time raising their family, providing for their children and spouse and supporting their lifestyle after an injury. We do everything in our power to make people whole again – to put them back where they would have been if the accident had not occurred and with the fullest compensation for all their losses allowable under the law.”

So, if you or someone you love has been seriously injured, we urge you to give us a call. We have several offices around North and South Carolina, and we are happy to offer free home or hospital visits, too.
